These terms govern all quotations, online selections, orders and services supplied by BD Glazing & Aluminium. By placing an order or requesting services, you accept these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote. Product prices shown online are estimates and may be confirmed during order processing. Prices may change without notice before final confirmation.

3. Orders and Confirmation

An order is only considered accepted once BD Glazing & Aluminium confirms it in writing, issues an invoice, or starts production. We reserve the right to decline any order where stock, technical, or compliance limitations apply.

4. Measurements and Specifications

Customers are responsible for accuracy of provided measurements when self-submitting sizes. Incorrect measurements may lead to additional costs for remanufacture or changes.

5. Installation and Site Readiness

Where installation is included, safe site access and readiness are required. Delays caused by incomplete site conditions, access restrictions or third-party works may affect delivery and installation timelines.

6. Payments

Payment terms are as stated on the quote or invoice. Work and delivery may be scheduled only after required payments are received and cleared.

7. Warranties and Limitations

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, unauthorized modifications, or poor maintenance is excluded.

8. Cancellations

Custom or made-to-order products may not be cancellable once production has started. Any approved cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred.
